Shipping

Where we ship: we ship worldwide.

How we ship: by registered mail to the whole world. We have an option for express mail for mainland Portugal and mainland Spain. Soon we will have an option for express mail to other countries.

When we ship: We work with real stock. If you managed to buy it is because the item is available. We ship on the same business day, if possible, or in the next business day.

How much it costs: put a product in the cart and click Cart. Use our shipping tool to find out how much shipping to your country will cost.

Mainland Portugal and Islands – Registered Mail: Free.
Continental Portugal – Express Mail: 5€. Free shipping for purchases worth 198,99€ or more.

Continental Spain, Ceuta, Melila and Islands
– Registered Mail: Free.
Continental Spain – Express Mail: 10€. Free shipping for purchases worth 249€ or more.

Other European countries (Includes Russia and Turkey) – Registered Mail: Free.

All other countries – Registered Mail: 40€. Free shipping for purchases worth 249€ or more.

Customs Taxes: if you live outside the European Union, we will place the total order value and the content of your order in your order package. Any custom taxes, fees or other costs related to the imports of goods to your country are the responsibility of the customer.

How long it takes: It depends on where you are. Orders are shipped from Portugal. For most European countries, the order will arrive in about 3-5 days.

Where is my order?: You can check your shipping registration number in your Account, so you can check the order’s route until it reaches you. You can do this, for example, on sites like 17Track.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

– Paypal
– Paypal Express Checkout: pay with your Paypal account without filling anything. In the Shopping Basket page, click on Paypal Buy Now.
– Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute.
– International Bank Transfer.
– Google Pay (navigate through our site using the Chrome browser on your computer or Android mobile phone).
– Multibanco (for Portuguese bank clients).

– MB Way (for Portuguese bank clients).

Note: payments are made in euros (€). If you use another currency in your country, pay by Paypal or Credit Card and Paypal will convert the euros into your currency.

Exchanges

You can exchange your products for others within 15 (fifteen) days after receiving your order, and if we have in stock the item(s) you want.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging (including boxes, bags, etc …) with labels still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund for items considered damaged – scratched, worn or without the original packaging (if any).

Please send your request using our contact form here. The costs of sending your products to our offices are your responsibility. The first shipment from our offices to your address will be offered by us, by registered mail, if you live in a European country; if there are more product exchanges in the same order, shipping from our offices will be supported by the customer. If you live outside Europe, you will have to bear the cost of shipping any exchanges.

Tabalis is not responsible for shipments made by its customers, and reserves the right to refuse products damaged during the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns for products that have not been used, in the original packaging and that have a return request made within 15 days after delivery.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging (including boxes, bags, etc …) with labels still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund for items considered damaged – scratched, worn or without the original packaging (if any).

Tabalis reserves the right to refuse any return of merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, your order will be returned to you, with shipping costs paid by you and a refund will not be issued.

If your order was placed in a European Union country, all sales taxes will be refunded.

For orders placed outside the European Union, if an item is returned because a customer has refused to pay any import taxes or customs duties due, Tabalis will attempt to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by us. Please note that if you refuse to pay customs fees on delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product is returned to us. We will deduct from the refund all expenses that we had with the recovery of the order. The cost of resending the order will be borne by the customer. Customs fees and sales taxes are non-refundable.

After we receive your return, please allow up to 4-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Tabalis is not responsible for shipments made by its customers, and reserves the right to refuse products damaged during the shipping process.

Our exchange and returns policy complies with the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, as amended by Law no. 47/2012, of 28 July and by Decree-Law no. 78 / 2018, of 15 October, and Directive No. 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 25 October.
